All tool design work is done using CATIA V5. It is then transferred to one of our programming stations.

SurfCAM  is used for programming our 2-5 axis CNC machines.

The first two pictures are examples of tools that were made using SurfCAM.

This is a Boeing 'Shaper Fixture'. It is used to cut the part to size after it comes out of the mold. This was made out of aluminum.
